I'm George Cwirko Godycki!
I'm a drawing instructor at Ringling College of Art and Design in Florida, with over 10 years of experience teaching Figure Drawing, Wildlife Illustration, and Visual Development. My passion is helping students build the observational skills and confidence essential for strong visual communication.
Outside the classroom, Iâm constantly sketching, reading comics, or watching anime. I enjoy drawing inspiration from classic animation and international illustration.
I teach that gesture drawing is about capturing movement and life, not just a pose. I encourage my students to experiment, trust their instincts, and truly enjoy the focused process of drawing.
Originally from San Francisco, I now live in Florida with my silly dog.
